Members will advance through 8 levels of our Merchant Success Track to maximize your sales campaign’s success.
Each of the 8 levels has its own dedicated group coaching clinic each week (some have two), so you will always have support at every level of your ascension.
In total, you will have access to TEN coaching clinics per week, hosted by real-world practitioners who have scaled multi-million dollar brands on Shopify.
Of course, you are welcome to attend any clinic, any time, but to maximize your success we recommend completing the levels in successive order.

Once you have mastered generating sales through meta ads through levels 1-8 of MMA, we will help you master additional sales channels through specialized Sales Channel Sessions, hosted by world-renowned experts.
Note: these sessions will be available to every member the moment you join, so it’s not a requirement that you have success with meta before adding a second channel, but we recommend it.
The sessions will be for 90-minutes in a small group with mentors and fellow members. Here’s just an example of some of these sessions:

Merchant Success Managers
When you join MMA, you will be paired with your own dedicated Merchant Success Manager, who will meet with you 1on1 for an initial strategy session to map your custom path to success. Together you will also set your quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily priorities.
You will meet with your Merchant Success Manager after each Level of the Merchant Success Track to give you feedback, keep you on track, and ultimately improve.
Open Accountability Pods
Introducing a flexible NEW way to connect and grow within the MMA community! With Open Pods, you have the freedom to join any pod that fits your schedule and interests. Each week, you can try out different coaches, times, and groups, making it easier than ever to network, share strategies, and figure out what’s working in your business.
These sessions are designed for accountability, strategizing together, and identifying best practices. These intimate sessions will be led by your dedicated Success Manager, who you will also have a direct line with inside the community.
These sessions are how you will PROGRESS, so plan to show up to every one!
In-person mastermind meetings and founder dinners

We’ll join together LIVE once per year for a 2-day meeting (potentially Cabos).. Enjoy yourself in an immersive community of like-minded peers who you can relate to, connect with, give to and learn from. Our select mentors along with your fellow members will present their BEST proven and tested strategies working in their businesses. Just ONE of these strategies could completely transform your results!
Founder dinners
In 2022, our team hosted 10 Shopify Meetups in 10 cities across North America. In 2023, we plan to host 10 more.
After every meetup in every city, we host a Founder Dinner exclusively for MMA members, where we will share strategies, food, drinks, and laughs.

Scott Cunningham
Co-Founder & CEO, Merchant Mastery
Scott is the founder of Social Lite, a Shopify Partner sales and marketing agency, and the co-founder of Merchant Mastery, a training and coaching company for Shopify store owners. Scott and his team have helped hundreds of Shopify merchants around the globe scale their revenue with Facebook ads, Google ads, email marketing, and offer strategies along the customer journey. As certified Shopify Experts, Social Lite has hosted Shopify Meetups in cities throughout North America, and Scott has taught eCommerce strategies on industry leading stages, podcasts, and webinars, including Shopify Compass, Privy Masterclass, Klaviyo Bootcamp, DigitalMarketer.com, and Digital Agency Expo in NYC. In 2020, Scott and his business partner Simon also started teaching a course at the University of Alberta on eCommerce sales.
Simon Trafford
Co-Founder & Managing Director, Merchant Mastery
Simon Trafford is the co-owner of Social Lite and co-founder of Merchant Mastery, an education platform for eCommerce merchants. Simon’s success with his clients and students hinges on three disciplines: email/SMS marketing, CRO/offer strategy, and paid media buying. Simon manages over $6 million in yearly ad spend and in 2021, generated over $50 million in revenue for his clients.
