Begin warming up your audiences with cold ads. You want to build your email list, and grow your retargeting audiences.
Start building your email list using an enticing “welcome” offer, such as a discount or “gift with purchase”. This can be any kind of purchased-based offer.

BFCM Phase 2

Mid November - BFCM

Focus on building a Black Friday email list — incentivize people to sign up to receive early bird access to your massive BFCM sale using cold ads and retargeting ads.
You want existing customers to re-subscribe to this list, too.
Send at least 10-15 campaign emails during the BFCM weekend.
Launch cold and retargeting ads over BFCM, but remember that email will be your biggest sales driver.

Scott Cunningham

Scott is the founder of Social Lite, and the co-founder of Merchant Mastery, a training and coaching company for Shopify store owners. Simon Trafford

Simon Trafford is the co-owner of Social Lite, a Shopify Partner sales and marketing agency, and co-founder of Merchant Mastery, an education platform for eCommerce merchants.

Will I be able to ask the instructors questions?

Absolutely! If you are signing up for the BFCM workshop(Option 1) or the BFCM workshop and templates (Option 2), you will be invited to our Facebook community, where you can ask questions.

If you're signing up for the BFCM workshop AND a BFCM cohort (Option 3), you will get one-on-one time with your instructor during each weekly session with your cohort. You will have designated time to get your questions answered each week.

And, in addition to the weekly 90-minute coaching sessions with your cohort, you will be invited to a private communication channel for just your cohort and your coaches. Here you will be able to get your questions answered throughout the week, in-between the weekly coaching sessions.
Is the BFCM Workshop live?

Yes, the workshop will take place in person at The Baron from 1 pm - 4 pm PST. You will also have a 1 hr group check in-call that will be virtual in November.
