Scott is the Founder at Social Lite, a leading Shopify Partner agency that has helped dozens of Shopify stores around the globe scale past $1M and beyond. He's also the Co-Founder of Merchant Mastery.
Scott has presented eCommerce strategies on industry-leading stages and platforms, including Shopify Compass, Privy Masterclass, Klaviyo Bootcamp, Affiliate Summit in NYC, Ecommerce World, Traffic and Conversion Summit, and at Shopify meetups across North America.
SIMON TRAFFORD
Co-Founder & Lead Coach
Simon is the Co-Founder of Merchant Mastery, and a Co-Owner at its sister agency, Social Lite. He's the lead coach at Merchant Mastery, working intimately with early-stage Shopify stores to grow their businesses sustainably.
Simon oversees operations at Social Lite, where his team has managed $15M+ in digital advertising spend for their clients over the past year alone, while also driving 20-40% of all sales through email marketing.

Program Director & Coach
Ivana is an instructor and coach at Merchant Mastery, specializing in email, SMS, and affiliate and influencer marketing.
She also leads the team that launched Merchant Mastery, and has overseen the enrolment of 400+ merchants since we launched our first course in June, 2020.

Dan is the Director of Strategy at Social Lite, where he has developed and implemented campaigns for over 100+ Shopify stores, overseeing $10M+ in digital ad spend. His campaigns integrate interruptive advertising platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok), search platforms (Google, YouTube, Pinterest), and permission-based channels (email, Facebook messenger, SMS).
