These guys talk a good game but its all over exaggerated and non applicable. If you want to get a call back they send some kid who is unprepared and always late to the call. Then they scour your shop and still dont offer help. They are posers over their heads.

While it does require significant effort, they have the ability to lead you on the path of hard work that truly makes a difference and moves the needle.
